Workout Motivation
Have a busy schedule or just feel too lazy after work to get to the gym? We all have times in our lives when one thing after another gets in the way of us keeping a consistent schedule with our workouts. Thank you so much for the offer! I found it hard at times to push myself to go to the gym. Since I have been doing it by myself for the most part of my life it has become boring. But after seeing this video blog, it made alot of sense to surround myself with people with the same ‘agenda’ as one example. Thank you again and you’ll be hearing from me soon enough! LOL

Excellent advice.I am defintely going to make an effort to meet more people who are health conscious. Will you guys be giving some workout plans we can follow?

A lot of times I feel pretty tired after work, but I’m going to try this technique of writing out my workouts.

Find a way to look forward to your workout… find what drives you, what makes you wakeup in the morning excited about your day, turn that into fuel for your workout. I want bigger arms too, but it’s leg day today (Tuesday) so what i’m thnking about is the ammount of extra testosterone my body is gonna be pumping out to get me through! gimmie 5 more!!!

Awesome that you guys keep the positive workout attitude going on! It really helps me personally, when I don“t have (yet) persons around who could share the enthusiasm about exercising. These videos which you post really helps me to keep me focused on goal to get ripped!
