Cool, I’m going to pick Ryan Reynolds. My goal is to sprint 1 mile, three times this week.

Chris, you may want to try doing step lunges and exercises on a bosu ball. This will help you build your core and proprioception (i.e. sense of how your muscles are contracting in space).

Chris, i agree with Sam, balance and agility is key for a Quarterback. Work in some speed and agility drills for a change of pace sometimes as well.
