Triceps Workout Advanced – Video 15
The other major muscle group which make the arms look big and fill out your shirt are the triceps. Since the triceps function is to extend the arm we are isolating here with tubing to create the resistance.
Again the key focus in this video is to keep your elbow stationary and close to your head during the entire movement.

Can a person build ‘bulk’ muscle using tubing resistance? Or will it be more ‘lean’ muscle? I was led to believe that weights were required to get the kind of arm muscles that the spokesmodel has.
I purchased dumbells at Canadian Tire and used them at home for a while and ran outside for cardio. Then I injured my knee running, and joined a gym for their lower-impact cardio machines. I lift weights there too, and continued doing that because I made friends at the gym. But home workouts save $ and commute time, potentially.

Hi Craig. It really depends on where you are at with your training. If you’ve been lifting weights for a while then it will be a little more challenging to get bulk muscle from resistance bands. That said you can get advanced resistance bands that are quite challenging. The key thing to remember regardless of whether you are in the gym or at home is that you switch it up all the time and do different exercises.
