Total Body Workout Video

Over the last several weeks have brought you over 20 video clips on training and even about how to increase your motivation and when to eat to increase your energy levels. Today we have one more video for you which is a total body workout using resistance tubing/stretch bands. It’s a variation of lunge and squat presses. The great thing about these simple exercises is that they work your shoulders, triceps, abs and quads and hamstrings. Do 3 sets of 10 reps of each of these exercises and you are going to get a pretty damn good pump!
