Posture and Exercise

Today’s Tip: Improving your posture and form will boost the results you get from your training.

Posture is an incredibly important factor in maximizing your muscle production and allowing you to live a long healthy life. The fact is that so many guys in the gym don’t pay close attention to their posture when lifting weights. The main problem that arises from improper form is lower back pain and herniated vertebral discs which are extremely painful and debilitating.

Unfortunately, you may not realize that you have improper form and although you may not have back pain now, this is something that will happen over time as you age. When you see older people with humped backs who are willing to take any drug to ease their pain you realize how important your posture really is.

In Secrets of the Ripped Man we give you easy to follow guidelines to improve your posture in every day life and while training. The end result is your body responds better to weight training and you save yourself from back pain later on in life.
