This video is a little something everyone should pay attention to when it comes to their posture. Posture is so critically important when doing any exercise as it prevents injuries and allows your muscles to grow in optimal conditions.

This is a good one guys. Reminds me of some of the teachings in Yoga which really get you to be aware of your posture.

Posture is definitely important. I used to get an aching lower back if I was standing for a long time. I did a pilates class one day and at the end of the session the instructor mentioned that she noticed some imbalance in my posture. She “adjusted” me and made sure I felt the right muscles and pointed out what I had to keep in mind when walking and standing. Eventually, keeping those items in mind and doing lots of Yoga helped and no more sore back!
