How to Gain Muscle Mass
In Secrets of the Ripped Man you will read great detail about what to eat and what to avoid to start loosing belly fat and gaining pure defined muscle. Recently we received an awesome testimonial from Andy who is an entrepreneur running around all the time managing a healthy vending service.
Like Andy if you take our advice on eating more frequently but smaller meals throughout the day, you will see your lower abs get more definition and your arms and chest get bigger. The concept is that your muscles can only absorb so many nutrients and amino acids they need to recover and grow at one time. Therefore, if you keep feeding them throughout the day you will provide them with everything they need to grow quicker.
The best thing about this is that now you will know how to gain muscle mass with less frustration at the gym. And you know what more muscle means?
A quicker metabolism! Muscles use glycogen or “sugars” for energy, so the more muscle you have, the more your body will be burning those sugars and of course reducing their ability to convert into fat. It’s a complete WIN-WIN situation!
Lean how to gain muscle mass = learn how to increase metabolism = learn how to reduce body fat!
Now as you see in the photo above Andy was able to drop 20lbs of fat in 6 short weeks by following our guidelines in Secrets of the Ripped Man. He has gained more definition in his stomach area which he has long struggled with and that is only in 6 weeks…imagine how good he’s going to look in only a few more weeks!
Andy’s testimonial – “Secrets of the Ripped Man is hands down the complete and unadulterated guide on how to become…RIPPED. I went from a flabby 208 pounds to a trim 188 pounds in six weeks, by following just ONE of the ideas in this eBook. Sam and Kalev definitely know what they’re talking about and if you’re serious about your health and fitness, buying this eBook is the biggest no-brainer ever.”

I’ve noticed a major drop in fat weight too, already 10lbs in 4 weeks which is the most I’ve ever dropped. Thanks for the ebook, it was an easy read and helped me make changes very quickly and still enjoy food.

Hi Grant, good question about the weight gainer protein shakes. I would recommend this for skinny guys who are training to put on weight and are having a hard time. Otherwise, it’s a better idea to just eat more raw foods instead. That way you provide your body with minerals and vitamins that are more readily absorbed.
Hey Danny, you want to aim for at least 1.2grams per kilogram body weight. If you are a more serious strength training athlete working out 5 days a week or more than you can go up to about 1.7 or 1.8grams per kg body weight.

I owe you guys a lot of thanks, your ebook has helped me jump out of an all-time low self esteem. Only been following you guys for several weeks and already I feel much better about myself and have dropped down from 24% bodyfat to 15%.
I’m so glad I found your program. i am extremely proud of myself and very grateful to you. This has been a total mind and body transformation – and most of it has been done at home!
