Hi JohnnyM! Thanks for the post. Yes this exercise will definitely help with your lower back pain if you’re sitting at the desk all day. If you can try this at work even better!
You may also want to try sitting on an exercise ball (swiss ball) to help you strengthen those lower back muscles.
