    Looking forward to this ebook!

I would really like to make a change in my life. I’ve been battling depression for a while now and my social life is ok, but nothing going on in the love life department. I really think this book could help!

  3. Bobby

  4. Spencer

If the book is as helpful as the workout tip videos, I’m eager to read! It’s so hard to cut through the gimmicks and the short cut crap, and really focus on what’s important: the basics. Thanks for reminding us all of that.

  5. Carlos

Thank you for posting up these videos, they are great! Like I mentioned before, I’m a college student. With exams, work, and some of personal/social life, I try to get a “full workout” when I possibly can. Ever since I heard of you guys, especially, the video about inspiration, I have been “re-programming” my mind, body, and spirit to achieve this goal that is getting ripped. I know I am amature when it comes to bodybuilding, training, and/or conditioning, but if I put the “time” for it and do my “homework” little at a time, then I know someday I can become knowledgeable, live a healthy style, and hopefully be able to help out someone else like you guys help us, which to me that is the ultimate purpose!

    Hey Guys,

I’m a student, attempting to finally wrap up my final year in school.. The course load in my program is very demanding leaving me barely enough time to just relax. I find myself waking up just in time to catch the bus, which means breakfast is usually limited to Vector Cereal or Special K. The best days I have at school are definitely eggs & toast days. My day has be bound to the books and lectures until 6pm where I then have to catch a bus for an hour ride home. Making it home around 7, leaves me time to eat dinner, and by this time I am simply exhausted and then need to hit the books again on into the night.

I found this website, and It’s providing me with inspiration to change my routine. I believe the ebook will help me do that. I watch the videos, and the best part is the workouts are at home work outs which I can do in between study breaks. Purchasing workout books, or videos just doesnt work for me as I’m still a student not working, so financially its very difficult. So your videos help, and I am sure the ebook will as well!

Thanks for helping me to take the first step in changing my life.

I have had a few bad health years on me. From suffering from depression to being hypothyroid and now Diabetes 2. I used to be so good at doing aerobics and keeping my weight low but after a breakup with my long term girlfriend I fell apart and gained a lot of weight. At one point I remember being so depressed that I made a decision to kill myself at which point my body was taken over by some form of europhoric pressence that transformed my depression into an unrelentless determination. Thereafter I was driven to not just LIVE but to live a life of pure discipline. I figured I could kill myself anytime and since I had already completely overcome the fear of death, I was free to do anything! 3 years later I am successful in all areas of my life but I want to push further… I have the determination however I believe this book would give me the knowledge as well, because I’m having difficulty achieving the Mens Health like body I’d like to get at least ONCE in my life. Thanks guys, people like you makes a difference!

    Hey guys,

That’s awesome that you are releasing a book, please send me a copy. Having an ebook is great but why don’t you publish it? The blogs are great but it’s always nice to have a book to refer too, especially if you are focused to workout.

    Best of luck!

P.S. I train weekly with Kalev, does that count towards my chances of receiving a book?

  16. Roger Q.

Great job guys, love the videos. I’ve gotta try this soon as I hit the gym next

  17. Matt B

    Hi Kalev,

I’m an asian guy. Skinny, short and without a handsome face. I always feel depress for my appearance. After i stepped inside the university. I met someone who suppose to change my life. My classmate and good buddy, with well trained body. He really can attract most of the sights from others people. I can’t deny that i also attracted by him. He love to share most of his workout experience to his friend. After he found out that I’m interested in workout. He motivate me to do so and lent me his dumbbell. I also brought my own dumbbell afterwards. (Someone will ask me why don’t workout at gym?? Actually, It’s hard to find a gym in my place. He also doing his workout in his house.) He taught me how to workout but until now the result still not impressive. I think the biggest problem is that i can’t increase my weight. I also don’t know why. I eat 3 meals each day and high tea and supper always. But my weight really can’t increase at all…it’s stuck…==” Several weeks ago, I found this website. (Actually is being invited as friend in Youtube…XD) This website is quite useful for someone who train in their house like me. And now, the ebook is coming out. Will it be useful to me? Will it help me increase my weight???XD I can’t figure it out until i get it, right??

Anywhere, I really love this website very much. Thanks to Kalev and Sam.
    Love you guys, muack muack…(==”)

As a working professional, I find it’s difficult to juggle your work, social, and personal lives and still manage to stay motivated and dedicated to your fitness.

I’ve worked out for many years now, and I love it, but I too find it difficult to stay motivated sometimes, especially when I’m off travelling for work, or just having chaotic hours.

The eBook will help people like me (and I know there are others out there!) to stay fit, motivated, and most all HEALTHY no matter where they are, or how far away they are from the gym. I love the fact that you guys show exercises that can be done at home that still get results.

Thanks to you, I know that I can have a healthy body no matter where I am, and that I can play sports, be outdoors, and try new physical activities without wondering if I’ll be fit enough to do it.

Thank goodness you created this site – keep up the great work!

  20. Ryan

One thing I’ve never seen in a workout program, which may help yours be a little more unique, is an “alternate” workout option for days where you feel particularly lethargic, tired, sick, hung over, etc.

As much as we want to be diligent, there are days where our personal lives impact how we feel (stressed out at work, special events, etc.) Or there are days where our schedule just doesnt allow for a 60 – 90 minute routine. Usually, on days where I’m not 100% or dont have the time, I will look at my workout and think there’s no way I can do that today, so I dont do it, rather than have a back-up mini workout.

You may want to put parameters around it saying that you only are allowed two of these a month or something, but it would incent me to get into the gym on a day where I felt like crap, if I knew that I had an option for a “better than nothing” workout, I might do that rather than take a day off.

  21. Emery

    Hi,

Thanks for the tips! I am also a working professional and am finding it difficult to maintain a balance of work, social life, eating healthy, regular workouts and most of all staying motivated and dedicated to regular fitness.

I’ve maintain a healthy lifestyle soon after moving to Vancouver 12 years ago. The eBook will help people like me because I am now 42 and I feel that I have to make some drastic changes in my routines to stay fit and motivated. With a busy lifestyle I find it very helpful that you are showing us exercise videos with proper technique that can be done at home. It will help to avoid any injuries.

Keep up the good work guys.

  22. katie

I am writing this all the way from sunny Spain so I think that in itself deserves an e book- plus the fact that I always used to smile and say howdy to Kalev in the gym at 6am every morning!

  23. Karen

I’m a 57 year old woman living in Maryland who is looking to get herself in the best physical shape possible. 2009 is my year to get this done and I’ve set forth a plan which would include working out with my personal trainer on the folowing days. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I would love to be one of the five to receive a free ebook so I can get the best of the best information that others don’t know anything about. Knowledge is power, and you can provide me with this power. You will be my supplement. And I’m not talking about ingesting a supplement by mouth but by what you will provide in your ebook. I want my strength back. I want my overall health back. I’ve always put others before myself and now is the time that I get some of what I give to others. Time to do what’s best for me.

HI ! I have followed your serious and posted to my face book all the great ideas and tips you’ve been sending out for the last 6months. I thank you and so do my friends, who make many comments on the posts. I am a 42yr old daycare owner/provider of 6 ,a mother of two teenagers, a wife of a 12hr shift worker and am training to compete this spring in a figure competition for the first time ever.
So life is pretty hectic and I have to be able to fit all my training in around every ones activities and and still be a great mom. I had lost touch with myself and let go of looking after me which I remind others never to do.
I have been able to follow and educate myself with a lot of your tools and experience to add to what I am getting from my trainer. I truly think I can gain much more knowledge as well, to get the ripped body that I have been wanting from the beginning of this whole process with help from your e-book and its special features. I encourage you to keep up your postings as well and hope you know they are touching a lot of peoples lives.

    Hi Guys,

I guess one of my biggest obstacles that I need to overcome is gaining muscle while trying to maintain a healthy diet and not just eating everything and anything to gain weight. I hope the eBook will provide a good-sized nutritional component. Also, I find that I keep doing the same muscle building exercises and would like to see a fair amount of different exercises to work the same muscle group(s). Thanks.

Also, your videos are great and have inspired me to get more fit. keep up the great work

  26. riaz

i’ve been training for like 7 months now, ive lost 20 kg and gain alot of muscle and i have trimmed down as well, guess the hardest part is the last bit of lard to cut, e-book please:!!!think im like for months away from the 6pack, some times do get lazy:p e-book please!!;-)

  27. Abdul Basith

Hey guys, you’ll are doing a good job. I have been working out for the last 3 years and have a lot of times reached plateaus which are difficult to get past, often demoralizing me. I think when someone claims to know how to break a plateau its really encouraging to try & the feeling of actually seeing better results is unmatchable.

Ever since I saw your videos, I was eager to try them out. And I have also got myself a resistance band to work out my arms. I was wondering if we can work on our legs with a resistance band, and voila! you guys send a video which shows how to do lunges & squats with the tubing! I have also been telling my friends as well that every body part can be worked with just 1 resistance band & am sure a lot of my friends will be eager to check this video series & also your ebook ! I am sure the motivation section of your upcoming ebook will help me a lot because as has been discussed here earlier its very hard to get out of a slump.

    Cheers !

  31. tom

I actually came across your website by accident while looking at trainers in vancouver and quite happy I did. The videos are very informative, you obviously know what you are talking about, and looking forward to attending the launch at Republic. Two years ago I was 350 pounds and since then have dropped to 255 pounds through diet and the gym. Although I would ideally like to drop another 30 pounds of the last fat, which seems to be harder to lose than the other 95 pounds, I am now trying to get bigger but in a muscular way. From what I have read about your ebook so far I am really excited to learn techniques that will not only help me at the gym but more of a life change as well. I am very dedicated to self improvement now, took a while I admit as I am now 54, and probably in the best health of my life. At 6′8, and current weight of 255 pounds I am looking forward to the future to see how much better I can get, and for that I would appreciate any help your experience can provide me. Keep up the good work guys and look forward to meeting you in person.

  32. Emery Biggar

When is the ebook launch at Republic? I looked on your website but can’t find any informaiton on it.

  34. ali

  35. Nick

Hey guys, congrats on your growing business.

My entire life I’ve been overweight. When I was in middle school and early high school, quite overweight. It hindered me in many areas, but mainly sports and girls. I gave up on sports, but never on girls. One girl in particular. The “girl that got away.”

Through perseverance, I’ve had a couple of girlfriends over the years. But in every relationship, I believe that the failure of those relationships has been due to my confidence. When someone would get too close, I’d push them away – not feeling worthy. If my girl would even make eye contact with a dude with a six pack, a jealous rage normally followed.

What I’m getting at is confidence. I’ve been working hard the past couple years to really achieve a healthy body. But what I’ve realized is that a six pack and big guns aren’t going to ground one’s self, or keep the girl, or get you that job you want. You have to love yourself, honestly and truly. I discovered this one day after one of the most exhausting workouts of my life. I looked in the mirror, at the image that for so long repulsed me. But in that moment, I was so proud for completing that workout that I found a new found respect for myself. With that, came confidence.

After that time, I was unstoppable for about one year. I’ve started to relax and all the results that I was earning are disappearing. I’m plateauing, and I need a device to offset the plateau. I’d love a copy of your ebook ;)

and the girl that got away? She’s coming back into my life this summer. I want her, and I although I have the confidence I didn’t have years ago to win her over, I’d like the six pack and big guns to back it up? leave nothing to failure?

    Cheers!
