Bicep Curls Advanced Workout – Video 14
One of the areas which defines the perceived strength of a man the most is his biceps. This workout uses resistance tubing which can be advanced into a challenging workout with two feet increasing resistance.
The key focus in this video is to keep your elbow stationary during the movement. Also remember to tighten the abs to keep your back stable.

Tubing is a great way to take your fitness with you… you can get some really thick ones that make you work really hard!
