		<description>Abs are a muscle, so they need rest just like the others do (when training them to failure or under load)so when doing &quot;core&quot; type endurance abb exercises (high reps) you need less time off, and when doing weighted (machine resisted crunches etc..) you need more time off... so it really varies... i usually suggest one day after they are no longer sore.
