Great idea to present these tips on a website guys. Also nice to see Kalev do a few rather than hear him telling me “10 more” as I do them !

Seeing Kalev do his vids in the buff would not only help the viewer see how an ab-crunch (for instance) requires co-contraction and facilitation of other muscles but, it would also be good for marketing.

very usefull this tips , in my country the last move is called “the scissors” , but it uses both legs.

Thanks for this video. The focus on the hip is something that I never really thought of. I’m suprised how much I feel it when concentrating on the hip part.

Abs are a muscle, so they need rest just like the others do (when training them to failure or under load)so when doing “core” type endurance abb exercises (high reps) you need less time off, and when doing weighted (machine resisted crunches etc..) you need more time off… so it really varies… i usually suggest one day after they are no longer sore.

Really great seeing these exercises in video. Definitely helps get across the the proper form which I think is one major area people really struggle with.
