Location: David Lam Park (next to Pacific and Homer)

Instructor is Mike Blom – a 10 year veteran coach of Mixed Martial Arts & Provincial, Western & National Champion of full-contact Taekwondo. We have trained with Mike and we’ve seen his ability to take even the most inexperienced to completely new heights, his presence will make this 60 minute class go so fast you’ll be shocked with how much you have accomplished!
