So although I was getting into the gym and pushing through to new levels there were years in my university where I just wasn’t getting the results I thought I should be getting.
I would read workout books, human kinetics books, men’s health magazines, and even tried experimenting with quite a few supplements like Creatine, L-glutamine, caffeine, etc. I still couldn’t find the answer, and I would blame it on genetics or just not finding the secrets to getting ripped.
It wasn’t until several years later that everything started coming into focus and I found out what it was that I was missing. (continue reading…)

Rotator Cuff Exercises – Video 12
It’s quite likely that at some point in your training you have experienced shoulder pain especially if you have been doing heavy bench presses. The cause of almost all shoulder pain is weakness of the rotator cuff muscles. Try these exercises to strengthen your shoulder joint and prevent or reduce pain.
These exercises can become very important especially if you play any sports that involve use of your upper body (such as volleyball, baseball, tennis, etc.).

6 Pack Abs Workout – Video 9
The first video in our series for ab crunches made waves on Youtube with several thousand views in only a few weeks. Go back and watch it again and notice what Kalev says about the movement of your hips. Some recent feedback from viewers is that this piece of advice made these ab crunches much more effective.
Ok, so are you ready to take it to the next level and increase the intensity of your ab crunches? We have a great one for you and all you need is a resistance band which you can get from most department stores for less than $15. Remember your hip movement again too.
How do you like this exercise?
