The fact is that so many guys in the gym don’t pay close attention to their posture when lifting weights. The main problem that arises from improper form is lower back pain and herniated vertebral discs which are extremely painful and debilitating.

Unfortunately, you may not realize that you have improper form and although you may not have back pain now, this is something that will happen over time as you age. When you see older people with humped backs who are willing to take any drug to ease their pain you realize how important your posture really is.

Recently we had a web site visitor who asked us why we had decided to write our first chapter about skin and wrinkles. He thought it was something that wasn’t at the top of his list when looking for a book to help him with his training.

But on the note of Chapter 1 being about skin…. we interviewed a lot of clients and noticed that many of them felt and looked younger when they started to exercise. Looking younger was something that was extremely important to many of them!

So we dove into ways of looking younger… preventing wrinkles was a big part of that, as was staying well hydrated, getting adequate sleep and eating well.
